About
Painting has always been a passion of mine, even from a young age. I was mesmerized by color ever since I could remember - it was commonplace for me to cover my body with paint and dance around as a youngster. Gradually I started to paint on paper. It became a more serious pursuit when I started watercoloring house portraits a decade ago after my first child was born as a means to stay home. I hold an arts and architecture background with an undergraduate degree in Art from St. Norbert College and a Master of Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design.
Prior to my life as a watercolorist, I held a career in textile design and fabric engineering.
My interest in art, design and architecture is always evolving. Currently I am taking on private commission work and teaching at Delany Arts in Yarmouth, Maine.
